Course Description

This practical course is designed for unpaid carers who want to safely support the people they care for with moving, repositioning, and transferring. Participants will learn techniques to reduce the risk of injury to themselves and the person they care for. The course covers safe use of equipment, manual handling principles, posture support, and strategies to encourage comfort and independence.
