This training will enable caregivers and professionals to engage individuals in activities to enhance their quality of life, promote well-being and maintain cognitive, emotional and physical abilities. It emphasises the importance of person-centred care and individualised approaches to activities based on each person’s interests, abilities, and preferences.
Course Format
The Meaningful Activities course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Experienced instructors will guide participants, allowing ample opportunities to practice skills in a safe learning environment.

Length: The course duration is approximately 3 hours, which includes breaks and a lunch period.
