Session Goal
This course equips unpaid carers with the practical knowledge and skills to provide safe, person-centred mealtime support at home. By the end of the session, you'll understand how to support eating and drinking safely, recognise warning signs such as swallowing difficulties or dehydration, and adapt your approach to the specific needs and preferences of the person you care for.
