How to get started

    Contact Cheryl directly or submit the referral form below. Both routes work, choose whichever is easier.
  2. We get in touch
    A member of the CTC team will contact you to arrange a time that works around your schedule.
  3. Training takes place
    At your home or our Dumfries base, whichever suits you. We recommend booking in advance if equipment installation is needed.
