Session Goal

This session gives you a thorough understanding of assertiveness and how to put it into practice. You'll explore key techniques, learn to recognise the advantages of assertive communication, and gain insight into the behaviours and thought patterns that can hold you back.

The session also covers ego states and the role of compliments in effective communication, so you leave with a well-rounded toolkit for everyday interactions.
