Workplace Observation
Your assessor observes you carrying out real tasks in your role.

MANDATORY
2 core units
The award consists of 2 Qualifications Scotland units,
- C5 Plan change – Developing your skills and competence in preparing for and planning change within your area of responsibility, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment and change planning
- C6 Implementing change – Developing skills and competence in leading and managing the implementation of change, communicating change, supporting people through it and evaluating outcomes

Who is eligible?
You must be currently employed in a care setting in Scotland, with support from your manager to undertake the qualification.
