Job Vacancy Support Officer

Care Training Consultancy CIC are looking for someone to join the team who will support them with administrative duties, up to 25 hrs/week.

Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you like meeting new people? Are you keen to learn new skills and join a team focussed on helping others learn?

Office hours are 8am – 5pm but how your hours per week are worked can be negotiated.

We have listed below some of the duties you would perform and some skills we would like to see (we do not expect to see all them), we are more interested in someone who is keen, motivated and willing to learn. Is that you?

Salary: £10.90 per hour (real living wage )

Duties to include:

  • Reception duties, such as answering telephone calls and assisting with receiving clients and visitors at reception.
  • Administrative work; including but not exclusive to filing, copying, scanning and archiving.
  • Supporting the training team in day to day co-ordinating and organising of training, (photocopying, booking, room readiness, process evaluations).
  • Meeting preparation, (note taking, preparing documents for meetings, arranging refreshments)
  • Diary management of daily activities

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Patience, attentiveness, efficient time management
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • An interest or willingness to develop knowledge and skills in digital marketing
  • An understanding of the health and social care sector
  • Willingness to learn
