Course Format

The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene E-Learning course adopts a blended learning approach, utilising an online modular format. This structure allows learners to progress through the course at their own pace, making it convenient and flexible for those with busy schedules. Participants are required to engage in a half-hour in-person session for the multiple-choice paper, which must be overseen by a REHIS instructor.

Assessment Methods & Certification

Participants will undergo a multichoice paper on the specified date to validate their learning from the course. Successful completion of the course will result in certification by REHIS and is best practice to renew every 3 years.

Additional Information

Length: The course duration is approximately 7.5 hours, which includes breaks and a lunch period.

Prerequisites: No prerequisites are required for participants to enrol in this course.

Required Materials: No materials are required for attending this course.
