This course will an understanding of communication while working with service users, the barriers found in communicating and the understanding of good communication skills.

  • Understand the need for good communication skill
  • Consider barriers to communication
  • Raise awareness of open and closed questions
  • Consider ways to promote communication with all service users

Course Duration: 3 hours
